I'm a traveler, scuba diver and mast cell researcher.

My responsibilities within clinical development are to provide scientific support for different activities, including creating development plans, designing studies, determining data collection and analysis requirements, and preparing key clinical documents. Another key part of my job is to perform clinical reviews of data and effectively communicate trial outcomes.

Systemic mastocytosis has been a big part of my professional career so far, as I studied this disease before joining Blueprint Medicines. Seeing the impact that Blueprint was having for patients and how they were truly invested in mast cell diseases, the company culture, and the people who work here made me want to join. Now, I have the luxury of being surrounded by a group of incredibly smart and driven people with the shared goal of bringing new therapies to patients and improving their lives.

I’m a very active person and enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. Depending on the time of year, you’ll find me kitesurfing or snowboarding; I also enjoy scuba diving, running and lifting weights. Traveling and enjoying the different foods of the world is another one of my passions, but as a Spaniard I must say that nothing beats a good Paella shared with the family!

I'm a nature lover, bakery enthusiast and strategist.

As the commercial lead on the mast cell program team, I develop long-range strategies to maximize the impact of our mast cell therapies on patients worldwide. I am focused on understanding the needs of the patients and healthcare providers that we serve, and ensuring that our strategy is grounded in those needs.

I was drawn to Blueprint Medicines because of the intelligence and tenacity of everyone I met, and how they worked so collaboratively cross-functionally to bring transformative medicines to the market. Our Patients First value permeates every decision that is made and keeps everyone focused on why we do what we do.

I love to be outside, so my weekends are often filled with nature walks with my husband and daughters. I also have a big sweet tooth, so I enjoy trying all the new bakeries that have popped up in the Boston area!

I'm a Pilates enthusiast and a strategist, bringing the long-term view of patient and HCP needs to Blueprint's cross-functional teams.

I lead a team tasked with guiding our long-term strategy for mast cell diseases. We work across all functions, from research to development to commercial, to map out strategic plans for our therapeutics and targets while ensuring that cross-functional teams are set up to best support the patients we serve.

Before I joined Blueprint Medicines, I was inspired by its mission to deliver transformational therapies to patients as fast as possible. Once I did, I saw how this commitment runs through the heart of the organization. I get tremendous energy every day from being surrounded by mission-driven people with a shared urgency to help as many patients as we can. We truly operate as one team with high engagement across functions, and laugh a lot along the way.

When not working, you can find me playing outside (preferably on a beach) with my two small children, doing Pilates, and/or spending time with friends and family.

I'm a soccer coach, Dad, and supply chain leader.

I have the privilege of leading a team of talented, experienced and passionate individuals in Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing, whose primary responsibilities center around ensuring that our patients have uninterrupted access to their medication, both within the global clinical and commercial setting. We do this with a wonderful group of leaders and professionals that work cross-functionally within Supply Planning & Logistics, Investigational Supply Operations, Commercial Supply Operations, International Supply Chain and Technical Operations Strategic Sourcing.

There are several reasons that motivated me to join Blueprint Medicines – the first being the company’s tireless focus in its pursuit to dramatically improve the lives of people with genomically defined diseases, coupled with the company’s unprecedented success in its first decade. Additionally, Blueprint’s culture embraces Thoughtfulness, Urgency, Trust, and Optimism, with an intense focus on always putting Patients First. Blueprint fully commits to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, which allows people to bring their true selves to work. My family is the center of my universe; I can often be found coaching or watching soccer, golfing, swimming, cooking, wine tasting or traveling with my wife and my three kids.
